Morning Ritual for Success

Does your morning look the same?

  • 6:30 – it turns on
  • You immediately start a 5-minute nap.
  • 6:35 the alarm switches on again.
  • You are snoozing …. And still 5 – 10 times?
  • In the end, you open your eyes and immediately check your phone for e-mails / Facebook messages, etc.
  • You make coffee. It is still hard for you to wake up.
  • Then you do the morning activities at the speed you can afford because you are already late. In the morning you gave yourself a dose of decent stress.

If this is an example of a morning in your life, today’s article about the best morning ritual of success is exactly what you need now!

In a moment, I will present to you a simple way to bring you, your business and your life to a new level by introducing some small corrections to your morning routine.

But first let me ask you a few questions. They are closely related to the topic we are discussing today.

Why did you wake up this morning? Is it because you wanted to? Or maybe because you had to? Think about it for a moment. Why do you wake up every morning?

There may be two answers to this: you wake up because you want or wake up because you have to.

Most of us are waking up because we have to. It has been going on for many years. It starts with kindergarten or nursery. The parents woke us up because it was time to go to school. This habit of unpleasant mornings and getting up in the morning moves to our adult life.

In adult life, we have to get up because time to work. Had it not been for forced necessity, many people would spend mornings in bed and the first few hours after waking up in their pajamas.

There are also people who wake up because they want to. They want to dedicate this time to the early morning. They want to put themselves physically, mentally and spiritually in a positive, exciting position, thanks to which they will win the morning and win the day.

Which group do you belong to?

For most of my life, I was talking about myself that I’m not an early bird and I hate getting up in the morning. A few months ago I noticed what I was saying. And I asked myself: why do I really hate to get up in the morning? The answer was simple. Regardless of the amount of sleepy hours, I felt sleepless!

It improved when I had planned creative activities. For example, I was in the process of creating a course or writing a book. At that time I felt like a lark and could not wait to sit in front of the computer.

I thought I would like to feel like this every morning. Wishes come true. At least in my case, we know something about cases :). Well, by chance, I received an e-mail with the title: A wonderful morning.

The title interested me, so I looked inside intrigued by the content. And the very next day I myself introduced a wonderful morning at home, using the routine proposed in the e-mail.

I especially liked the fact that the originator of the Miraculous Morning said that it takes just 6 minutes in the morning to use this routine to serve an extra portion of energy, start the day in a good mood and feel in the morning that we have done something good for ourselves.

That’s why I actually started for 6 minutes. Then I created my version of the Wonderful Morning.

I was amazed at how a few activities carried out systematically in the morning could increase my efficiency during the day and bring a sense of accomplishment. It further strengthened my confidence in my abilities.

I am so happy with this short but intense morning activity that I decided to include it in my latest Program: “Strengthen Your Confidence in Business and in Your Life. 10-21-40 Day Challenge.

I called my version of the Miraculous Morning: a 4-part Morning Ritual of Super Self Confidence

Well, I’m not holding you in suspense anymore. Do you want to know what the morning routine looks like? I will give you a way invented and described by  Hal Elrod.

Here is an example of a 6-minute Wonderful Morning proposed by Hal Elrod the originator of this method .

Activities that you do every morning:

  1. Meditation
  2. Visualisation
  3. Affirmation
  4. Physical exercises
  5. Reading
  6. Writing

Each of these elements can be performed only for a minute. Reading means reading something that inspires you. Writing is to note something that will strengthen you. Eg a compliment for yourself, or writing for what you are grateful for this morning.

Visualization is a great exercise, building confidence and mental belief that you can achieve your goals and dreams. This confidence leads to your success.

Affirmations allow you to strengthen the part of you who needs it.

Meditation allows you to start the day calmly, with a positive attitude and arranged thoughts.

When it comes to physical exercise, it has been proven that morning workouts are better because they use hormones that are naturally the highest in these early hours. Early morning training is a huge source of energy, something that many of us need in the morning. In addition, morning exercises improve mental acuity and strength throughout the day.

You will not only feel conscious and you will have more energy after training, but your mind will be ready to take on all the tasks you have planned on this day. Early morning training also improves metabolism. So, as you can see, there are many pluses of its performance.

You already know the big six. As you can see, it makes a lot of sense.

I had almost all of these elements during the day. But they were, as I said spread over the day, so they were not so effective.

In addition, I missed the 4th element. So physical exercise. Although I thought it was important to my body, I could not mobilize to do it.

Only when I wove them into the daily routine of the morning, did I not only systematically practice, but also began to give me pleasure. To the extent that for some time in addition to the morning exercises, I also run!

After a well-started day, I am happy to get to work and I’m quicker, more efficient and more effective in performing my planned tasks. It also seems to me that my day has become longer.

I encourage you to try this morning routine.

The hardest part of these 6 steps is to commit to them. The rest comes naturally, because once you fall into your rhythm, the next steps happen almost from the vending machine.

Please, let me know in the comment below, what do you think about the idea of the Miraculous Morning? If you liked this article, recommend it and share it so that others can also use it.
